The Georgian European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (GEPLAC) is a project funded by the European Union. It renders high-level policy and legal advice to the Government and the Parliament of Georgia on a broad range of issues related to economic, legal and institutional reform in the context of the implementation of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) between Georgia and the European Communities and their Member States.
GEPLAC is assisting its Georgian partners on policy tasks of the country’s own economic reform agenda, while focusing on the priorities of Georgia-EU cooperation in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy. During the current VI project phase, GEPLAC will operate till November 30, 2008 and endeavour to enhance the institutional capacity of the Georgian partners to design and implement a sound, coherent and well-coordinated reform policy.
Georgian Economic Trends Quarterly publication aims at providing all those interested in the process of economic reform in Georgia with a review of developments. GET was established in 1995 and is published in Georgian and English languages.
Georgian Law Review enables the legal specialists and other interested persons to become informed on the activities of GEPLAC, current legal developments, newly adopted legislation. It offers Case Law Review, Book Review as well as Student Forum. Published in Georgian and English languages.
